End-to-end Encryption
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using military-grade encryption. Storage objects use server-side encryption with per-tenant key derivation. Even MemoryCorp staff cannot read your raw data.

Every organization's data is logically isolated by unique tenant identifiers enforced at every API layer. Database queries, storage paths, and AI processing are all scoped to your tenant — there is zero data leakage between organizations.
Access Control & Authentication
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with granular permissions. Session tokens with automatic expiration and revocation on logout. Progressive account lockout after failed login attempts. Strong password requirements enforced.
Content Protection
Platform-generated knowledge (SOPs, checklists, transcripts) is protected with digital watermarks, disabled right-click/copy, print protection, and comprehensive audit trails. All access is logged with timestamps and IP addresses.
Infrastructure Security
Isolated service architecture with no exposed internal ports. Security transport headers enforced. Rate limiting on all endpoints. Cross-origin requests restricted to production domains. Industry-standard security headers on every response.
Audit Logging & Compliance
Every action — login, upload, view, delete — is recorded with user identity, IP address, user agent, and timestamp. Immutable audit logs support compliance requirements and forensic investigations.
Automated Backups
Daily encrypted database backups with configurable retention policies. Point-in-time recovery capability ensures your data is never lost.
File Validation
All uploaded files are validated by magic bytes (not just extension) to prevent disguised malicious files. Document uploads are size-limited and processed in isolated sandboxed environments.
